3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside of the website through arrangements made directly with us.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the home or location where care is provided. Pets and any household hazards must be secured before a caregiver arrives.

If a cancellation window applies to your care plan, it will be provided to you directly.
